#Occupyimf March on the IMF delegation!

The IMF-EU-ECB ‘Troika’ are back in Ireland on October 15th. Their austerity policies are causing immense suffering and are making the economic crisis worse, meanwhile bondholders and the superwealthy are getting off scot-free. This time they are demanding we sell €5 Billion worth of state assets. We are selling the family silver to pay for Zombie banks.

Welfare cuts. wage cuts, household charges, cuts to special needs, hospital closures...Enough is Enough! Protest when the Dail returns on Sept 14th!

Labour Party minister Brendan Howlin has declared that he wants all departments to come to him with suggestions for up to 20% cuts across the board. This is over 10 Billion euro worth of austerity on top of the 3.6 Billion in cuts already set aside for us in the December budget.

In the past year we have suffered the closure of so many hospitals, the sacking of special needs teachers, welfare cuts, wage cuts.

The promises from this government and the last that we would soon see an export led recovery are nothing but fanciful dreams.

Resist the IMF! Bring the fires of revolt to Ireland!

The loan sharks of the International Monetary Fund are back from the 6th to the 16th of July to make sure Labour and Fine Gael continue to jump through hoops and make the population pay for the irresponsible actions of European Banks.

In Greece the IMF EU driven austerity has produced an amazing level of worker's resistance with a a 48 hour General Strike this week.

In Spain 800,000 took to the streets demanding real democracy.
