It is 12 months since Dublin Bus dismissed Eugene McDonagh, the National Executive of the NBRU in Harristown Garage over an unofficial dispute in 2009.

Following the victimisation and sacking last week of NBRU National Executive member Eugene McDonagh, a bus driver in Harristown Depot, Dublin Bus have -- with the collusion of the NBRU leadership -- taken down three NBRU reps in the depot.

Eugene McDonagh, a bus driver in Dublin's Harristown depot, learnt last week that his appeal against sacking had been turned down.Eugene, a member of the NBRU National Executive had been "guilty" of nothing more than representing his mebers at the depot against a bullying management.
